We are very happy that you would like to enroll your child/ren at St. Henry Catholic School. Enrollment forms can be found below. Items with an asterisk * must be completed for all enrolling, unless only enrolling preschool student/s. Completed forms can be dropped off in the school office along with your registration fee.
